All the prices on the website are inclusive of UK VAT.
Delivery
Delivery is FREE for all orders over the value of £30 for orders under this amount a delivery charge of £3.95 will be added to your order. Delivery is usually within 7 working days via Royal Mail.
If your item is not in stock, we will inform you by email and send the item when it comes into stock. You can cancel if you would rather not wait.
Security
You will not be asked for any credit card details on our site. You will be transferred to the Protx secure website to enter your card and address details. Protx is one of the largest credit card processing companies in the world. If you do not feel happy entering your credit card number over the internet, please do give us a call on 01263 711795 and we will process your order over the phone.

Complaints Procedure
All goods are supplied SALE or RETURN. If you are not entirely satisfied with goods supplied we will immediately refund your money in full upon receipt of the goods returned in saleable condition. Wherever possible, alternative goods will be offered to replace unsatisfactory or faulty goods. Incorrect deliveries will be rectified (stock allowing) immediately and dispatched the same day.
All complaints regarding goods, delivery times, service, or if you feel that you have not been treated in a fair and satisfactorily manner should be notified by Post within 7 working days of receipt of goods to:
